Shipping policy

Processing time for orders

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery area

At the moment, delivery is only available within Europe.

 

Shipping fees

Shipping is free within Switzerland. 

Shipping fees for the rest of Europe vary depending on the region.


Shipping method and delivery times

Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days after shipment.

Rest of Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, peak periods, etc.).

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you. A tracking number will be provided when available.

 

Accuracy of the address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. In case of an error leading to the return of the parcel, additional shipping fees may be charged for resending the order.

 

Lost, damaged, or undelivered parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@motionactive.ch.
We will open an inquiry with the carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours of receipt.
